If you are unable to access your account because you forgot your password, you can reset it quickly using the steps below.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to the Online Portal Login Page
    Visit the login page at aetrust.com.

  2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
    This link is located beneath the login fields.

  3. Enter Your Username or Email Address
    Be sure to use the email address associated with your account.

  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA Verification
    This step is required to help protect your account.

  5. Check Your Email
    If the correct email address is entered, you will receive an email with your username and a password reset link.

Setting a New Password

  1. Click on the Password Reset Link
    This link is included in the email you received.

  2. Enter a New Password
    Choose a secure password and confirm your selection.

  3. Finalize the Password Reset
    You will receive a final confirmation email. Click the link in this email to complete the reset process.

  4. Log In with Your New Password
    Once the reset is complete, return to aetrust.com and log in using your updated credentials.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you experience issues resetting your password, try the following:

  • Ensure You’re Using the Correct Email Address
    If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re using the one linked to your SDIRA account.

  • Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies
    Then try logging in again.

  • Try a Different Network
    If you cannot log in from your current network, try switching to another (e.g., a mobile data connection). If this resolves the issue, your IT administrator may need to adjust your network settings.
