What Are Your Business Hours?

At American Estate & Trust (AET), we are committed to providing the best support during our business hours. Here are the details you need to know about when we are available and how to get in touch with us.

Regular Business Hours

Our standard business hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM PST to 4:30 PM PST

We are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and major holidays.

Holiday Hours

AET is closed on the following major holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

On certain bank holidays, such as Indigenous Peoples DayPresidents DayVeteran's Day, and Juneteenth, AET Support will operate with reduced hours. On these days, support is available from 7:30 AM PST to 1:00 PM PST.

Please be aware that during these shorter hours, services may be limited. If you need assistance, it's best to contact us earlier in the day.
