Investor Portal

Week of September 4, 2026

We now treat SEP, Roth SEP, SIMPLE, and Roth SIMPLE accounts as conversion (temporary holding) accounts, matching how we already handle Traditional accounts. Inbound funds into these accounts clear without delay.

  • Separate billing email for companies

You can now have a separate billing email on file for a company. When set, invoices and receipts go to that billing address instead of the main company email.

Investor Portal
  • Mailing address during onboarding

If a client enters a mailing address without a line 2, we no longer copy line 2 from their physical address into the mailing address.

Business Portal
  • Notable

Per-asset investor payments on a deal

When paying investors on a deal, each asset a client holds is listed separately, so you can issue payments against each asset individually.

    What this means for you
This matters when a client holds several assets in the same deal. Payments are applied per asset rather than pooled across the client's position, so principal and interest land against the right holding and your clients' statements reconcile at the asset level.
  • Crypto trading available Fixed

Advisors and representatives at companies with the crypto permission can select Cryptocurrency as an investment type on the New Investment page and trade on behalf of clients.
