Pick a Custody Tier for Each Fund

Document Custody

AET safekeeps fund documents and original instruments. Assets stay titled to the fund, and the fund gets a cash account and asset register.

Full Custody, Audit Route

AET is qualified custodian and assets are retitled to AET. The fund sends audited financial statements to investors, and we track the deadline with you.

Full Custody, Exam Route

AET is qualified custodian and sends quarterly statements to every investor. Each fund gets a delivery log and an exam export package.

Step by Step

Set up each fund once. Different funds can use different tiers.

1
Add Your Fund
Add the fund in your Business Portal and pick its custody tier. Add your fund administrator and auditor to the record.
2
We Take Custody
AET opens the fund account and takes in the fund cash, LP interests, real estate, notes, and original documents.
3
Onboard Investors
Investors complete AML and KYC checks and sign subscription documents through DocuSign.
4
Statements Go Out
On the Exam Route, AET sends a quarterly statement to every investor by portal, email, or mail and logs each delivery.
5
Ready for the Exam
Export statements and delivery records for each fund in one package when your examiner asks.
